Tibetan Homes Foundation is a charitable institute dedicated to working for the care of orphans, semi orphan, and destitute Tibetan refugee children.  The Foundation is registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 (Punjab Amendment) Act in the year 1963.  Nestled in the serene and profusely wooded valley of Mussoorie - one of the most sought after summer vacation destinations of India.  Tibetan Homes Foundation  is one of the several institutions established in exile by His Holiness the XIV Dalai Lama to provide home-like care, education and an environment that encourages learning of Tibetan language and unique cultural values to Tibetan refugee children .
